Empowering Leaders

Every year, servants, priests, and OCCM e-board members come together for our Annual Leadership Conference. This conference is held annually on the first Friday of the month of August. We focus on a central theme that can teach us how to possess Christ-like attributes within leadership. For the second annual Orthodox Christian Leadership Conference, we will discuss fellowship and evangelism on our College campuses!

We will begin by praying the Divine Liturgy.

Interactive Workshops and Skill Development:

The conference is an opportunity for hands-on learning and skill development. Interactive workshops led by our Executive Board members will equip participants with practical tools and strategies which they can implement in their leadership roles.
